Private Bookings and Events
The Don cocktail bar is situated on the first floor of Samphire, with access via the alleyway during their opening hours on Friday and Saturday from 8pm.
Available for private events. Live entertainment and DJ’s are available for private parties and can be arranged for you on request.
Private events are popular for twenty firsts to sixtieths, bachelor and bachelorette parties, engagements and all kinds of corporate events. Private events include the use of the Private Dining Room, bar and undercover rooftop terrace, perfect for any event all year around. There’s no room hire, and the minimum spend across food and drink is £2000 to have The Don exclusively, holding up to 50 people. (Different rates apply for December)
The cocktail menu ranges from £10 to £14, with twists on the classics, as well as a range of beer, wine, spirits and cocktail pitchers at £25. For bespoke events we like to tailor our cocktails and menu to your preferences as well as the décor and set up. The place is yours for the evening.
We can cater for every style of event with food and drinks, offering Canapés and sharing boards, full buffet options for up to 50 people and our full menu from Street for those more casual events.
